Adjudication

shad-repeat

Adjudication is an out-of-court means of dispute resolution and now most commonly used as it is deemed the most cost effective process.

This process is a statutory right to all parties other than with a few exceptions.

When parties have a disagreement an adjudicator is appointed by its governing body as a neutral third-party that reviews the case to determine what action should be taken and will determine the terms under which the dispute will be settled.

The dispute is settled on the written evidence available only and at no point can you provide any verbal evidence.

The decision of the adjudicator is final but not legally binding even though his decision must be upheld and payment to the injured party is enforceable.

The process is quick and a decision is reached within a strict 35 day period. In any event you need to be properly prepared with a full understanding of your case. TEAM will do this for you!
